Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve a prevention of spillage accurately and a lowering of cost by arranging an elastic member to form a continuous gathering on the entire circumference of a periphery part at a waist opening and a leg opening and an another elastic member on a main unit to form a continuous gathering oh both side parts in the perimeter of a shell.
CONSTITUTION: In a pants type disposable diaper 1, a continuous gathering is made up of elastic members 11a and 11b of side flaps 9a and 9b at a pair of leg opening parts 14a and 14b and a continuous gathering is made up of elastic members 8a and 8b of waist flaps 7a and 7b on the back side and the belly side at a waist opening 13. Thus, in this pants type disposable diaper 1, the continuous gathering formed integral on a main body 5 works on the waist opening 13 and the leg openings 14a and 14b continuously to improve fitness to a user while the spillage of dejection from the diaper can be prevented accurately.
