Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of machining processes and make solenoid valves selectively controlling a hydraulic circuit small-sized and lightweight by inserting a pair of solenoid valves face to face into the storage hole of a fitting member, and integrally providing the valve mechanisms of the solenoid valves in a common housing.
CONSTITUTION: One housing 21 is inserted and fixed in one storage hole 11 formed on a fitting member 10 in solenoid valves 20 opening or closing various fluid paths of a vehicle to control the pressure. Two pressure chambers 21a, 21a communicated with a pair of an input port 11a and an output port 11b and one common pressure chamber 21b communicating both pressure chambers 21a, 21b are formed at the axial center position in the housing 21. Valve balls 36 at the tips of plungers of a pair of solenoid valves 20 are stuck to or separated from the valve seats 25 provided on the hole bottoms of the pressure chambers 21a. The solenoid valves 20 are provided with core assemblies 30 and exciting coils 40, and they are arranged face to face at both ends of the fitting member 10.
