A warm air supply device unit U, a catalytic deodorizing device 31, a ventilation fan 34, a ventilation duct 35 and a ventilation cylinder 36 are mounted on the upper part of the disposal device fitted inside a frame 11. The motor 17 for driving the stirring blade 15 for stirring the garbage is fitted to the right side part of the frame 11. An upper part cover 41 for shielding the warm air supply device unit U, the ventilation duct 35 and the like is detachably arranged on the upper part of the frame 11. A side part cover body 51 for shielding the driving motor 17 for the stirring blade 15 and the electronic equipment substrates 61 and 62 for controlling various equipments is detachably arranged on the right side surface of the frame 11. The right side opening part of the side part cover body 51 is shielded with a lid plate 53.
