Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the operating characteristic of the filter circuit by compensating unideal performance of a mutual conductance element and providing a differentiation device to a feedforward path of an input signal.
CONSTITUTION: An input voltage Vi10 is given to a capacitor C1' via a feedforward loop. A capacitance, of the capacitor C1' is in matching with a capacitance of a capacitor C1 and a mutual conductance of a mutual conductance element 36 is in matching with a mutual conductance of an input mutual conductance element 21. A parasitic conductance and capacitance are eliminated by matching the capacitance of the capacitors C1, C1 ' and the conductance of the elements 21, 36. Since a frequency of a feedforward differentiation device is lower than a typical signal frequency of the filter circuit, a problem of a dynamic range is caused when the input signal Vi10 is fed to a variable gain amplifier 29, but it is solved by increasing a -3dB frequency of the differentiation device.
