Abstract:
To waste a buried pipe in a buried condition without exerting wrong effect on homebuilding and the like.
A carbon rod 11 is disposed in a buried pipe 10, electrolyte 12 and an insulating base material 13 are filled therein, voltage is applied between the carbon rod 11 and the buried pipe 10, and thereby, electric corrosion of the buried pipe 10 is treated, and furthermore, mechanical strength is lost.
