PURPOSE: To eliminate the requirement for human intervention and to execute the disposal efficiently and safely by rolling a blanked scrap after the scrap is cylindrically formed by rotating a fork.
CONSTITUTION: Two pawls are symmetrically provided on the fork 10 holding the axis center of the fork between them. Plural arrester rods 12 are provided having a definite distance between the rotating outer faces of the pawls of the fork 10 and them. The blanked scrap S is pulled out from the pawls after being cylindrically formed in a state in which it is passing through the pawls by rotating the fork 10. Then, the scrap S is disposed by rolling it. The rotation of the fork 10 is stopped at a fixed phase angle. The cylindrically formed scrap is pulled out from the pawl of the fork by a hydraulic cylinder. The rear faces of the pawl of the fork and the arrester rods are hardened by heat-treating or build-up welding. Thus, the volume of the blanked scrap when it is piled is reduced and the handling of it is facilitated.
