Title:
DISPOSING DEVICE FOR BURNT RESIDUE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5520326
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent temperature-decrease in a incinerating furnace and enable to seal gas with dried ash by pushing out burnt residue to an ash discharging port with an ash push-out arm after pressing the residue with a pressing mechanism and increasing density of ash.

CONSTITUTION: A space is formed between a pressing plate 5 and pressure receiving plate 7 under a throw-in port 2 by pulling back the pressing plate 5 by a pressing cylinder 4, and ash dropped from an incinerating furnace is reserved therein. When a predetermined quantity is reserved, the pressing cylinder 4 is operated and narrowing the space between the pressure receiving plate 7, and thereby, ash therein is pressed. After the pressing is effected during a predetermined time, a pressure receiving plate cylinder 6 is operated and the pressure receiving plate 7 is swung, and thereby, pressed ash is dropped into a push-out portion. When the pressure receiving plate 7 is swung back to the initial position, a push- out arm 11 is also swung and is stopped at a position where it pushed out the ash to an extremity. These operations are effected continuously, and therefore, dried ash may seal the furnace sufficiently because of the increased density of the ash.
