Upper/lower rack post fixing members 46 and 48 formed into a box shape are fixed to the insides of a top plate and a bottom plate constituting the box body with screws. A center post 34 is fixed to both rack posts fixing members 46 and 48 with screws. The center post 34 is constituted to connect a pair of post members 36 and 36 formed into a U-shaped cross section to each other. When the center post 34 is fixed to the post fixing members 46 and 48, after the pair of post members 36 and 36 are externally fitted around the post fixing members 46 and 48, the both pillar members are fixed to the rack post fixing members 46 and 48 with first screws 42 connectively fixing the both post members.
