Title:
DISSIMILAR METAL JOINED BODY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DISSIMILAR METAL JOINED BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015136710
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissimilar metal joined body which is formed of a flare joint and has a high joint strength.SOLUTION: A dissimilar metal joined body includes a first metal member 11 having a curve surface part 15, a second metal member 12 which has a melting point higher than that of the first metal member 11 and is formed of a flare joint with the first metal member 11 and a joint metal part 13 formed by subjecting filler metal arranged on the joint part between the first metal member 11 and the second metal member 12 and the first metal member 11 to laser irradiation. Therein, the maximum thickness of an intermetallic compound 14 formed on a boundary face between the second metal member 12 and the joint metal part 13 is 3 μm or less and, on the curve surface part 15 formed of the flare joint of the first metal member 11, a fusion part 16 and a non-fusion part 17 are formed in the order in the thickness direction from the side on which the joint metal part 13 is formed.
