Abstract:

To provide a dissolution-resistant colored spherical cellulose pigment which is excellent in visual effect and touch effect and applicable to the field of makeup cosmetics requiring high safety to the human body, and to provide cosmetics containing the same.

There is coated on the surface of the spherical cellulose pigment a hydrotalcite type, layered double hydroxide that contains coloring matter anions between the layers of the crystal structure.
