Abstract:
To provide a dissolved gas replacement device that deaerates an unnecessary gas (a gas before replacement) dissolved in liquid when generating the liquid with improved functionality, and can dissolve a necessary gas, which is a gas after replacement, in the liquid at higher concentration and with good efficiency, and a dissolved gas replacement method.SOLUTION: A nozzle 23 is so provided in an internal space 2S of a gas-liquid mixing container 2 as to communicate with a liquid supply pipe 11, and the gas-liquid mixing container 2 has liquid circulation circuits F, F2 that can circulate and flow liquid L and a gas-liquid mixture LG stored in the internal space 2S by a delivery pump 21. A control part 6 sprays with circulation the liquid L and the gas-liquid mixture LG, that have been adjusted to a set temperature T by a temperature controller 25, from a nozzle 23 by a vacuum pump 22 in the gas-liquid mixing container 2 in the state of being evacuated to a pressure lower than an atmospheric pressure by the vacuum pump 22, and supplies oxygen, which a necessary gas G, in the state capable of contacting the sprayed mist-like liquid by a gas supply pipe 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
