The shape of a cutting edge 111 of a forming tool 110 and a peripheral surface 102a in a cross section of a guide hole 102 are formed into the same shapes so that loci of the cutting edge 111 and the peripheral surface 102a may be prescribed shapes fixed in advance when this cutting tool 100 is rotated once, an outer periphery at the tip of the wire inserted into the guide hole 102 is guided to be wrapped by the peripheral surface 102a of the guide hole 102, and thereby the tip of the wire can be machined with high accuracy. The cutting into a prescribed shape is performed for the tip of the wire only if the wire is inserted into the guide hole 102 by rotating the cutting tool 100 by a rotation means, and thereby the machining time at the tip of the wire can be shortened.
