Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance bar for a trolley conveyor which can flexibly and smoothly perform carriage or storage even on a carriage line with a vertical bending carriage and a horizontal bending carriage, and ensure the stable carrying condition by suppressing the diagonal angle during the suspension carriage or suspension storage on the downhill gradient, and preventing any wheel from derailing and falling down or preventing any sliding wear.
SOLUTION: In the distance bar 10 for the trolley conveyor connecting preceding trolley units 31 and a succeeding trolley units 32 which carry works to be carried on track to each other at a predetermined interval, facing end faces 15a and 15b which are brought into surface-contact with each other are formed on a front connector 12a and a rear connector 12b, a slide hole 16 for moving and regulating the pivoting position of a front pivot 13a in the longitudinal direction is formed in the front connector 12a, and the facing end faces 15a and 15b are separable from each other according to the downhill gradient condition of a passive side track 50.
