Abstract:

To simplify a manufacturing process for a distance detector by dispensing with optical axis adjustment on a Fresnel lens.

The Fresnel lens 6a is integrally molded with an inner casing 1c. In their molding, the Fresnel lens 6a is kept from being displaced from a desired position. This brings about a state of the Fresnel lens 6a in which its optical axis faces a desired position when the Fresnel lens 6a is integrally molded with the inner casing 1c. Therefore, a state of the Fresnel lens 6a is brought about in a self-matching manner in which the optical axis thereof corresponds to the optical axis of laser light irradiated by a light emitting part when the emitting part is fixed to the inner casing 1c as another component. Accordingly, the optical axis adjustment on the Fresnel lens 6a can be dispensed with, the manufacturing process for the distance detector can be simplified, and a productivity hindering factor can be eliminated in mass production.
