Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance image sensor which can add a display function without causing the complexity of work or increase in the cost of an integrated system.SOLUTION: The distance image sensor projects a radiant light La to a measurement object 4, scans the inside of a distance measurement region 2 with the radiant light by an optical scanner 3, receives reflection lights Lb and Lc from the measurement object, and measures the distance to the measurement object. A light Ld for drawing is projected to the optical scanner for distance measurement, the light is scanned using the optical scanner, drawing is performed in a drawing region 9, and information based on the result of distance measurement is displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
