Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring apparatus, a distance measuring method and a distance measuring program, which improve selection accuracy of light receiving elements of a light receiving element array, and a table creation method.SOLUTION: The distance measuring apparatus comprises: a light projection part for projecting a laser beam; a light receiving element array including a plurality of light receiving elements arranged therein; a condenser lens for condensing light on the light receiving element array; a detection part for detecting an output of one or more light receiving elements of the light receiving element array; and a selection part that causes, in consideration of a strained irradiation range of the laser beam in the light receiving element array in a case where, according to an incident angle of reflectance with respect to the condenser lens, the reflectance from an object corresponding to a light projection angle of the laser beam, the light projection angle increases, the detection part to select a light receiving element for outputting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
