PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a malfunction by preventing a saturation of a circuit of a light receiving part due to an increase in a return amount.SOLUTION: The light receiving part has a shielding wall 6 that is disposed opposite to an N side light receiving surface of a light receiving element 5 from an end portion on a side opposite to an F side light receiving surface to a portion thereof for shielding part of reflection light from a detection body 50 present at a distance reflecting the reflection light so that a light receiving amount at the light receiving element 5 is greater than or equal to a specified value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
