Abstract:
To provide a distant object catching tool capable of surely catching and removing an object to be removed from a bottom of a deep vertical hole such as in pole erection work, and enabling removal work with good working efficiency.SOLUTION: A distant object catching tool 10 comprises: a hollow gripping rod 1 gripped by a user; a catching part 2 provided at its front end; a sliding body 6 partially inserted in the gripping rod 1; and a pressing part 7 provided at a front end of the sliding body 6 for holding an object to be caught from behind. The catching part 2 comprises a pair of arm structures 2L and 2R. Each arm structure 2L and the like comprise upper arms 3L, 3R pivoted at the front end of the gripping rod 1, and forearms 4L, 4R pivoted at the respective front ends thereof. The forearm 4L and the like are pivoted on the sliding body 6. The front ends of the forearm 4L and the like are enclosing parts 5L, 5R for catching the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
