Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an incinerating device capable of utilizing the heat of an incinerator effectively in a boiler device.
CONSTITUTION: A distillating, gasifying and incinerating device for waste is provided with a gasifying furnace 1, distillating waste A to obtain combustible gas, a combustion furnace 2, burning the gas, an oxygen supplying means 4, regulating the supplying amount of oxygen into the gasifying furnace 1 so as to maintain substantially a constant combustion temperature of gas, and a boiler device 3. The boiler device 3 is provided with a pressure detecting means 44 and set temperature control means 52a, 53a, controlling the set temperature of the combustion of gas so as to obtain a water vapor pressure within a set range. The set temperature control means 52a, 53a are constituted of a set temperature changing means, changing a set temperature from a first set temperature into a second set temperature, lower than the first set temperature, when the pressure detecting means 44 has detected an upper limit pressure, and a set temperature restoring means, restoring the set temperature from the second set temperature into the first set temperature when the pressure detecting means 44 has detected a lower limit pressure. The distillating, gasifying and incinerating device for waste is also provided with an atmosphere releasing valve 45, operated when the pressure detecting means 44 has detected a predetermined pressure higher than the set value thereof.
