Abstract:

To provide a distilling method and distillation equipment in which the vaporization efficiency is improved even if a heating unit is not used.

This distillation equipment is provided with a distillation tank 1 for storing a cleaning liquid, a circulation route 7 one end of which is connected to a liquid zone of the tank 1 and the other end is connected to a vapor zone of the tank 1, a circulation pump 5 and an ejector 6 which are arranged on the route 7, a cooling part 14 arranged above the tank 1 for cooling the vaporized vapor and a recovering part 16 for recovering the cleaning liquid liquefied in the part 14. The ejector 6 is used so that a gas is sucked by making the cleaning liquid pass through the ejector 6 and the sucked gas is mixed with the cleaning liquid.
