SOLUTION: At the time of supplying a part of a signal inputted to an attenuation means 102 for a distortion generating means 101 through a first combining means 103 to give distortion, the transmission of DC components between a distortion generating means 101 and an attenuating means 102 is interrupted by the first combining means 103 and a second combining means 104 to make the operating point of a nonlinear type element give distortion always constant without regard to the operation of the attenuation means 102 to change a bias current at the distortion generation means 101 to precisely adjust a distortion quantity given to an input signal.
