Abstract:
To provide a distortion suppressing structure for a structure on a vessel capable of suppressing generation of a distortion to a side wall unit affected by an upper structure and a vessel.SOLUTION: A distortion suppressing structure 200 is provided with distortion suppressing members 42 on a side wall unit 33 extending in the horizontal direction between a floor unit 31 and a ceiling unit 32. The distortion suppressing members 42 are provided on an upper edge region E3 of the side wall unit 33. The distortion is allowed to be blocked in a step prior to the distortion escaping from an upper side affecting the whole side wall unit 33 by suppressing transmission of the distortion early in the upper edge region E3. Thus, the effect imparted to the whole side wall unit 33 by the distortion escaping from the upper side is allowed to be reduced. Therefore, an occurrence of distortion to the side wall unit 33 is allowed to be suppressed due to influence of the upper structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
