To provide a distributed-power management system capable of promoting introduction of a distributed-power system into a user and realizing a new power supply business form by reducing system introduction cost for the user's introducing the distributed-power system.

The distributed-power system 10 is installed in a user's site by a power provider and is centrally controlled by a management server 20 connected through a network 24. The management server 20 determines an operation command of the distributed-power system 10 based on power data measured by a power monitor means 6 and power information supplied from a power provider server 22. The management server 20 calculates accounting amount for the user based on power purchasing contract terms exchanged between the user and the power provider, the power data, and the power information.
