PURPOSE: To correspond to the number of stored circuits extending over a wide range, by holding the ratio of the number of line wire stored circuits and inter- office stored circuits, to a desired value, and executing jumper wiring in the vertical direction and jumper wiring in the horizontal direction, in front of a distribution board by a two level crossing, as to all the desired number of circuits.

CONSTITUTION: A titled distributing board is constituted so that each core wire of an office cable 7 is connected to an extension side terminal 2D of a protector unit 2 through an office cable hold 1B of the side of a rack pillar 1, and each core wire of a line wire cable 8 can be connected to the reverse side of a terminal of a line wire terminal block 3. Also, it is constituted so that necessary jumper wiring can be executed between a line wire side terminal 2E of the unit 2 and the surface part of a terminal of the terminal block 3, in the vertical unit of the same distributing board, or between each dirference one, by utilizing a jumper area 1D in the vertical direction by a space between the surfaces of each rack pillar 1, or a jumper area 1E in the horizontal direction between the unit 2 and the terminal block 3.
