Abstract:
To provide means capable of reducing a manager's labor, such as appropriately determining the degree of understanding of rules with respect to employees who perform business and notifying them of rules corresponding to the determined degree of understanding.SOLUTION: A distribution system S of the present invention is composed of including a distribution device 1 and a terminal 2 capable of communicating with each other via a network N. The distribution device 1 includes: a rule selection unit 113 that can select one or more distribution rules from a rule set 121 containing one or more rules related to business; a distribution unit 114 that can distribute the selected distribution rules; an answer receiving unit 115 that can receive answers to questions related to the distribution rules; and a machine learning unit 116 that can machine learn selection of the distribution rules according to past answers received before distribution using the distribution rules and the answers.
