For discharging subject material in the casing 2 in the middle, the slide type automatic opening/closing gate 9 of the discharge port 8-1 for distribution is totally opened. For performing distribution, carrying, and quantity control of the subject material in the casing 2, opening of the slide type automatic opening/closing gate 9 is adjusted.
