Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly property by providing at least one part in which a cam for driving a plunger is not interfered with a bevel gear on the distributor shaft drive shaft side in assembling a cam shaft.
SOLUTION: A bevel gear 19 is fixed to a lower end of a distributor shaft drive shaft 12, and engaged with a bevel gear 21 on a cam shaft 10. A plunger drive cam 10a, etc., to drive a tappet mechanism 11 is also formed on the cam shaft 10. An opening is formed on the side of a governor weight 15 of a housing 9 so that the cam shaft 10 is inserted from the side of the governor weight 15, and the cam shaft 10 is inserted through the opening, and their dimensional relationship is set so that the cam 10a is not interfered with the bevel gear 10. One side of an approximately rectangular cam 10a is set to be parallel to the bevel gear 19 to eliminate the interference between the cam 10a and the bevel gear 19, and to insert the cam shaft 10 without troubles.
