Title:
DISTRIBUTOR-TYPE FUEL INJECTION PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003247428
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problem in the prior art, in which a fuel-cut valve is eliminated in order to avoid troubles in an electric system, and an injection quantity is throttled mechanically by manual operation, and there is a possibility of locking of a push-pull cable operating a governor link to an injection-quantity reduction side due to complicated routing, and making it impossible to control the injection quantity urgently.

A stopper lever 17 for operationally rotating the governor link 4 is provided in a manner to be capable of buckling at a connection part B. When the push-pull cable 18 is locked, the part B is pulled by a fail-safe cable 24, thereby the stop lever 17 is bucked to rotate the link stopper 21 to the injection-quantity reduction side. The injection quantity is reduced with rotation of the governor link 4 to the reduction side. When the tension of the cable 24 is relieved, the stopper lever 17 returns to the initial shape by the restoring force of a return spring 28, and the stopper 21 is rotated to the injection-quantity increase side.
