An electric motor 14 having a crank drive section 18 performs distributing operation every time when the crank drive section 18 makes a single revolution. The operation is performed through a pneumatic or liquid pressure piston cylinder driver and has very high level as compared with a possible level. Especially, a smooth operation is achieved and an operating rod 19 has a sinusoidal operating pattern where the feeding operation is accelerated and braked gently. Undesired abrupt pressure increase (variation) does not take place in a filling machine and facility even in case of high continuous distribution cycle.
