This disturbing beam control device is provided with a required electric power computing part 9 for computing the required disturbing electric power for every target, using the distance to the disturbance targets inputted from a radar device installed on the platform, and radar items of the disturbance targets inputted from a radio detector; a disturbing electric power allocating part 8 for allocating the disturbing electric power for every target using disturbance execution priority inputted from the platform, and the required disturbing electric power for every target inputted from the required electric power computing part 9; and an element allocation/phase control quantity computing part 10 for computing the antenna element allocation and phase control quantity for every target from the disturbing electric power for every target inputted from the disturbing electric power allocating part 8, and the azimuth of each target inputted from a beam azimuth computing part 7.
