Abstract:
To provide a dividing device for a connecting rod, small-sized, reducing the cost, and easily altering a dividing condition.
This connecting rod dividing device includes: a dividing tool (a first slider 51 and a second slider 52) having first and second pressing members 59, 61 fitted to the large end part 3 of the connecting rod. A wedge 44 is pressed in between the first pressing member 59 and the second pressing member 61. The device includes a pressurizing device 8 for pressurizing the wedge 44 downward by free drop of a plumb 11.
