Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely divide the gas use quantity of a user by purpose and perform a fine energy-saving diagnosis by determining the gas use quantity for hot water supply at an optional temperature by the user by use of the relation between the hot water supplying gas use quantity and the atmospheric temperature.
SOLUTION: The relation between gas use quantity for hot water supply and atmospheric temperature is represented by a straight line. A user terminal 20 is connected to a management server 10 through Internet 3. The user inputs its own attribute. A calculating means of standard use quantity by purpose 12 calculates the standard use quantity by purpose every month to the user on the basis of the attribute of the user. Namely, standard use quantities corresponding to hot water supplying gas use quantity, kitchen gas use quantity, heating gas use quantity are calculated. A dividing means of use quantity by purpose 11 divides it to the hot water, kitchen and heating use quantities in reference to the actual result of the gas use quantity. A diagnostic means 13 performs a comparative analysis, retrieves a corresponding energy saving means in respect to a one having a difference between the actual result and the standard value, and transmits this means as an energy saving diagnostic result together with the comparative analysis result by the Internet 3.
