Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive shelter allowing safety evacuation against a tsunami and a fire, and allowing escape even in an unexpected situation.SOLUTION: A submersible shelter 1 comprises a water storage tank 2 storing storage water W, an elevating device 3 elevating and stopping a frame 35, and a housing 5 fixed to the frame 35. The water storage tank 2 is composed of a first water storage tank 21 storing the storage water W and a second water storage tank 22 storing overflowing water W from the first water storage tank 21. The housing 5 has a bottom 57, side walls 52 provided with a door, and a ceiling 51. The elevating device 3 can elevate the whole housing 5 submerged in the storage water W to a position of the door being above the water level of the storage water W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
