Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a polypeptide that inhibits the proliferation of mammalian neoplasm cells (for example, tumor) by using a DNA coding for a special amino acid sequence through genetic engineering technique.
CONSTITUTION: A DNA fragment of about 5 or less kb, coding a peptide comprising at least 8 amino acids in the amino acid sequence represented by the formula is used to produce the objective polypeptide according to the genetic engineering.
