In a dock shelter which is provided with a head pad 7, at the top side of an open frame 6, side pads 8a and 8b, at the right and left sides, and a bottom pad 8, at the bottom side, so as to airtightly seal the container of a delivery car which is equipped with the above container so as to transport frozen goods, cooled goods, etc., and the cargo handling opening 4 of a low- temperature chamber 3, the above bottom pad 9 consists of an air bag aggregate 18 made of a plurality of air bags 17 which are independent in longitudinal direction of the above open frame 8, and each air bag 17 mentioned above is divided into a lower chamber and an upper chamber, and at least, in the lower chamber, cushion material is stored.
