To provide a dock shelter capable of simply coping with an insulated van having any vehicle height to improve airtightness.

This dock shelter 1 is composed of a side pad 4 provided on a guide rail 16 on both side walls 3 of a load loading and unloading port 2 of a building and expanding and contracting freely in the forward and backward directions an a head pad 5 provided on front and rear faces in an upper part of the side pad 4. The head pad 5 is suspended by a winding wire from a winding roll. A tip part of an airtight sheet 6 wound around the roll 26 in an upper part between both side walls 3 is connected with a front face of the head pad 5. An air blow pipe from a blower for supplying air is connected with the side pad 4. The head pad 5 and the side pad 4 lower along the guide rail 16 by reeling out the winding wire, and the airtight sheet 6 is reeled out from the roll 26 in accordance with lowering of them.
