Abstract:
To provide a doctor chamber coater and a tube pump that can reduce a possibility in which component of coating liquid is disturbed due to presence of cleaning fluid within the pump.SOLUTION: A first pump 24 has a rotor 241 and a movable housing 243 having U-shaped side surface 243a and arranged at a side part of the rotor 241. A supply passage 21 has: an introduction part 210 fed into the first pump 24; a derivation part 211 derived from the first pump 24; and a bent-back part 212 arranged between the introduction part 210 and the derivation part 211 and installed along the U-shaped side surface 243a to pass between an outer edge path of the rotor 241 and the U-shaped side surface 243a. A control device moves away the movable housing 243 from the rotor 241 after supplying cleaning liquid to a major flow path and releases a constriction of the bent-back part 212 between the rotor 241 and the U-shaped side surface 243a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
