Abstract:
PURPOSE:To file documents automatically by a document filing unit which fieles and hold many documents, by decoding words, by automatically generating a keyword on the basis of the decoding results, and by using it as a retrieval code. CONSTITUTION:Document P1 is supplied from supply part 1 and carried to optical read part 3 via conveyance path 2 to read document data. This document data is read by language recognition unit 8 of keyword generation part 7; when there is language corresponding to dictinary 9, a signal is sent to decision circuit 10 and when its frequency exceeds a fixed value, the language is sent as a keyword to memory read control part 11. This keyword is used as a retrieval code to file documents.
