PURPOSE: To provide a document issuing device that can surely issue even a curly document.

CONSTITUTION: In a document issuer which performs an information recording process as conveying such a document strip 51 with its inherent curliness along the curling direction, and cutting it into a specified dimensional document 51a by a cutting means for issuance, it is provided with an orthogonal conveying means 4 to be set up in a direction orthogonal with the conveying direction of this document strip 51, and conveys the document cut into the specified size by the cutting means in a direction orthogonal with the curling direction. With this constitution, the document 51a with the said curliness can be surely issued irrespective of its curing quantity.
