Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide document management system and method capable of simply and surely grasping the state of a document constituted of plural papers and improving the operability of processing concerned with document management such as the registration, printing and retrieval of a document and a computer readable recording medium for constructing the document management system by using a computer.
SOLUTION: The document management system is provided with a 1st processing part for registering the definition of papers constituting a document in a storage part and a 2nd processing part for registering the document in the storage part in accordance with the definition and recording information concerned with the registration of papers constituting the document in the storage part.
