SOLUTION: A document information storage part 14 in which pieces of security information by every output from such as display, printing, transmission and storage are stored is provided according to every document, when a document accessed by the login user is outputted in a required output form, a control part 10 judges whether or not the required output form is accepted by referring to the security information in the document and decide whether output is performed or not according to a program.
