Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically convert a formed sentence into a more easily understandable sentence by converting an input sentence into an itemized sentence by a conversion part, outputting the converted sentence, and at the time of deciding that the input sentence can not be converted into an itemized format, outputting the input sentence as it is to correct the document. CONSTITUTION:This document correcting system is provided with a conversion part 3 for converting an input document into an itemized document and an output part for selecting and outputting the converted document or the input document, and when a decision part 2 decides that a sentence extracted by a sentence extracting part 1 can be converted into an itemized sentence, the conversion part 3 convets the input sentence into an itemized sentence and outputs the converted sentence. At the time of deciding that the conversion into an itemized sentence is impossible, the input sentence is outputted as it is. Thereby, a sentence capable of being converted into an itemized sentence out of plural input sentences is automatically converted into an itemized format and the converted sentence is outputted, so that an easily understandable document can be automatically formed. Since an input sentence can be automatically converted into an itemized format, a Japanese sentence is more easily understood.
