To provide a document paper feeder and an image forming device in which air, which is blown from the tip side of a document so as to separate and convey the documents one by one from the lowermost face, is prevented from being brought into contact with the tip part, of the document conveyed in from a convey-in means so that the tip parts of the documents conveyed into a document stacking means can be arranged in order.

A document tip stacking base 34, which is arranged above a document stacking face of a document tray 2 at the predetermined interval vertically on the document feeding direction downstream side of the document tray 2, is provided, and a CPU 43 controls a DC motor 40 so that the document tip stacking base 34 is moved to the operation position, in which the tip part of the document conveyed in by means of a discharge roller is supported, and to the retraction position, in which the tip part of the document is not supported.
