The server device 106 includes a document database 108 registering the document to be retrieved, a characteristic word characterizing the document, and pages and paragraphs constituting the document, and an appearance rate of the characteristic word in the document, the pages, and the paragraphs. The server device 106 prepares an integrated document including data areas in granularity levels of the plurality of documents.
