Abstract:
PURPOSE:To convert a name card format to a post card destination format by providing a storage means for the name card and a destination converting means. CONSTITUTION:Data of characters, symbols, etc., inputted from a keyboard 17 is coded and stored in the document area of a RAM 12. The name card data including post card destination information is segmented with segmenting commands and is stored in a document area. The codes of characters, symbols, etc., read out from the document area of the RAM 12 are outputted to a pattern generating ROM 22. Data converted to dot pattern data corresponding to character, symbols, etc., are stored in the ROM 22 in accordance with inputted data. Thus, the name card format is converted to the post card destination format.
