Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the probating with a paper base by inputting and storing the probating information as image information and outputting it in the form of the condition as a complete document. CONSTITUTION:The document information prepared by the input from an input means 21 is written into a first storing means 41, outputted from an output device 31 as documents and slips, the probating is executed by a signature or a sealing by the probating person, this is read as image information by an input means 22 and written and stored at a second storing means 42. At the time of the output, a processor 1 reads the document information from the first storing means 41, reads and combines the probating information from the second storing means 42 and the complete document is outputted by the print-out from the output device 31 or the displaying due to the display device 32. Thus, the information such as the signature and sealing can be incorporated to the information of the documents and slips in the mode of the condition.
