PURPOSE: To designate only the document by a user, to eliminate an operation to be activated by judging a prepared software and to decrease the operation burden on a user.

CONSTITUTION: This system is constituted of a document selecting means 1 displaying the document list on a screen and selecting and instructing the printing document by a user, a document control means 2 controlling the document prepared by plural document preparing software in a batch while holding the document preparing software relating information preparing the document name and its document, a program starting means 4 receiving the document name from the document selecting means 1 by referring to the document control means 2, reading a corresponding document preparing software 3 in a program file 7 to be activated and reading and printing the document from a document file 5 and a printer 6 printing the document data.
