Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and easily create information from which a recipient finds a sender when a document or the like is transmitted from a push type copy machine.
SOLUTION: A document processing apparatus 1 is provided with a camera part 12 for automatically photographing at least the face of an operator of the document processing apparatus 1 having a push type copy machine function. While the operator creates a document file, the camera part 12 automatically photographs the face or the like of the operator to create image data. The image data are transmitted to a desired transmission destination together with the document file. On a receiving side, the document management program for managing document files is used for the thumbnail indication of the image data of the face or the like of the sender. Thereby, contents of the document file are read after confirming who is the sender.
