To secure a degree of freedom for a document which is produced by a user by giving an instruction to the user to define the type of data to be inputted to a user input part and also performing data processing to show how to deal with the inputted data at a dynamic template part.
A template 104 contains an operation descriptor 105 serving as its component element which instructs a user to perform input and editing operations of data. The descriptor 105 includes an input instruction 106, i.e., the information which shows the contents to be inputted to the user and an input method and a data processing method 107 that decides how to deal with the data which are inputted from the user. Then the producer of the template 104 specifically gives an instruction to the user to define the type of data to be inputted by means of the descriptor 105 and also gives the processing contents to a document production device to show how to deal with the inputted data.
