Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle paper material efficiently and positively dispensing with manually sorting an unnecessary document by sorting a plurality of documents according to their types for ejection.
SOLUTION: This document sorting device is constituted of a document conveying means 10 conveying a document, an image reading means 20 reading an image out of a conveyed document, an image forming means 40 outputting a visible image onto a prescribed recording medium, a sorting and ejecting means 50 sorting the recording medium on which an image has been outputted and ejecting it, a document identifying means 30 identifying the type of the document whose image was read, and a sorting and ejecting means sorting, based on the identification result of the type of the document, the document whose image was read for each type and ejecting it into the sorting and ejecting means 50.
